Welcome to Creator DNA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://chatdb.in and all services provided by Creator DNA.

By accessing or using Creator DNA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

Creator DNA is available to users of all ages. If you are under the age required by your local laws to independently use online services, you should use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Our Services

Creator DNA provides AI-powered tools designed to help creators analyze YouTube videos and generate content-related insights. Our services may include:

  • YouTube Video Analysis
  • Thumbnail Analysis
  • Title Analysis
  • Script Analysis
  • Transcript Analysis
  • Description Generation
  • Tag Generation
  • AI Suggestions
  • Credit-Based AI Tools

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

4. Credits and Subscription

Creator DNA operates on a credit-based system. Each AI action consumes credits based on the complexity of the request.

Paid subscriptions include monthly credits according to the selected plan. Additional credits may be purchased separately through Top-Up purchases.

Unused purchased credits remain available in your account unless otherwise stated. Monthly subscription credits reset according to your active subscription plan. If your subscription expires, your purchased top-up credits will remain available unless otherwise specified.

5. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Dodo Payments. By purchasing any subscription or credits, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process your payment. Creator DNA does not store your payment card or banking information.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases made on Creator DNA are generally non-refundable. Subscription fees, credit purchases, and digital products are considered final once payment has been successfully processed.

However, in exceptional situations such as accidental duplicate purchases or genuine payment errors, users may contact our support team. Each refund request will be reviewed individually. Approval or rejection of a refund request is solely at the discretion of Creator DNA. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our services.
  • Abuse the AI system.
  • Use automated bots without authorization.
  • Share malicious links or harmful content.
  • Attempt to bypass payment or credit limitations.
  • Reverse engineer or copy our platform.
  • Interfere with other users' access.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

8. AI Generated Content

Creator DNA uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unexpected outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it. Creator DNA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated results.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, logos, graphics, content, features, and technology provided by Creator DNA remain the exclusive property of Creator DNA. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content to Creator DNA, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your submitted content.

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service. However, Creator DNA does not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, technical failures, internet outages, or third-party issues may temporarily affect the service.

12. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, attempts fraud, misuses AI services, abuses the credit system, or causes harm to our platform or users. Suspended accounts may lose access to purchased services without refund where permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

Creator DNA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator DNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

14. Third-Party Services

Our platform relies on third-party providers including Google OAuth, Supabase, Gemini AI, Dodo Payments, and other infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of third-party services.

15. Privacy

Your use of Creator DNA is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected and used.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Creator DNA after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
